BRXGF series galss bottle beverage filling machineare specially designed to fill
non-carbonated drink such as water, flavor water, & wine in any
shape 200ml to 2250ml glass bottle with screw caps, pressure caps
or crown capping. Monobloc rinser filler capper design.
The complete line includes:
- Water treatment system;
- Beverage pretreatment system;
- Filling system;
- Packaging system such as Labeling machine, packing machine,
palletizing system, etc.
Features of Juice Beverage Filling Packaging Machine:
The suspending bottle-neck cramping design assures whole production
line more stable during the working process and it also avoids
malfunctions caused by the different bottle thickness or height.
The design also dramatically reduces the required quantities of
interchange parts which make it more convenient to change different
types of bottles on washing, filling and capping.
Advanced gravity filling technology is applied on the machine,
which assure quick filling and high accuracy of liquid level
control.
Magnetic torque is applied on bottle screw-capping. Constant screw
capping power can be adjusted and therefore it will not hurt the
bottles at all.
Human-machine interface touch-screen and PLC control system are
adopted on the machine. Liquid level in the tank is controlled
automatically. No bottles, no filling, no capping.
All parts connected with water are made of food grade stainless
steel.
How to work ?
1. The bottle which has finished filling will enter the capping
position via the driving wheel. The photoelectric detection of the
detecting signal detects the bottle, send a message to the valve
cover, the cylinder cap will open, the caps will be blew into the
cover plate by compressed air.
2. Magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage
rate and make the capping performance the best.
