Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System Introduction
This system is designed, manufactured and installed by Newamstar as
the technics requirement of mineral water or spring water.

Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System Description
The raw water is pre-treated by multi-medium filter and active
carbon filter. Via precision (safety) filter, it enters
ultrafiltration device to remove colloid, macromolecule organic
matter and bacteria. Sterilized by ozone system, finally it is
pumped to water use points.
This Water filtration system is controlled by PLC.
By comprehensive consideration of system technics requirement and
other situation, the system sets automatic liquid level alarm and
control and automatic ultrafiltration pressure alarm and control.
1). Quartz sand filter : to remove the particulate solids from
waste water ;
2). Active carbon filter : to remove the chlorine and the smell of
water ;
3). Sodium filter : to soften the water , and exchange the calcium
ion & magnesium ion ;
4). Precise filter : to clear the granules bigger than 5 μm and
also protect the reverse osmosis device membrane .
5). Ultrafilter device : to clean the Particle, colloid, bacteria,
heat source and organic matter in the water, used for mineral water
.
to remove particles, colloids, organic impurities, heavy metal
ions, bacteria, virus, heat source etc. harmful substances and 99%
dissolved salts.
6). Ozone sterilizer and UV sterilizer : special for waste water
disinfection.
